一、結(jié)構(gòu)原理及性能特點(diǎn)

      ZJC-20KV主要由：升壓系統(tǒng)(高壓變壓器)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成；高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓，調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓，電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量，高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的；試驗(yàn)軟件是我公司研發(fā)的功能強(qiáng)大、操作簡單、顯示直觀的試驗(yàn)軟件系統(tǒng)。采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，過人機(jī)對話方式，完成對、絕緣介質(zhì)的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。

六、安全說明：

    1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。

    2、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
